HOPE MEANS NEVADA’S APRIL SMASH STRESS SWEEPSTAKES RULES

Dates of sweepstakes: Entries will be accepted beginning at 12:00 a.m. on April 4, 2021 and end at 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2021.

Eligibility: This contest is open to all Nevada residents 12 years of age and older.

How to Enter: Entry to sweepstakes can be made on the HopeMeansNevada.org website or by mail to: Nevada Medical Center, 325 S. Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Please include name, address and email or preferred method of contact.

Prize: Two tickets to the Life Is Beautiful Music and Art Festival event in Las Vegas, Nevada, September 17-19, 2021. The value of the prize is estimated at $1,200.

Winner Selection: One winner will be chosen at random from all entries received on May 3, 2021 and will be contacted via email and/or phone. The winner will be asked to sign a publicity release and their name and/or photo may be used for Hope Means Nevada promotional and commercial use.
